The outdoor pool and hot tub were very clean and in good repair. The interior of the home was not clean. There were bugs in the house(including what appeared to be cockroaches), the floors, baseboards and walls were dirty. There were no kitchen towels, there were minimal bath/shower towels (given this place sleeps 16 and it only had 8 bath towels wasn't cool). The experience preparing for the stay was terrible. I provided pictures of my drivers license, my full passport and my mini passport and they kept saying that the quality of the photo was too poor to verify. Additionally, I sent a scanned copy of my DL and they requested a current scan. It maybe took me 1 minute between the scan and sending the email; I don't know how more current it could be?? The door lock failed on us (perhaps a battery issue). I called, got hung up on and then they texted me saying there was interference on the line and could I tell them what I needed. It was clear that there was a language barrier and they needed to translate my message to serve me. Window blinds in the master bedroom were broken; given this window faces the street they should have been replaced. While this place has an opportunity to be fantastic; it needs some clean up. Level the pool table; no sense of having one if you can't play a real game. Best wishes. I would have reached out during my time there but I was busy attending BMT Graduation at the Air Force Base and didn't have time. Nor should I have needed to

The house was exactly as the pictures. The hosts were amazing in communication. The location was great for SeaWorld and Lackland.
