Cozy 1-bedroom studio With Pool and Garden View, AC in peaceful Downtown Sanford

I’m a bookkeeper, gardener and mom. Love the nature, the cleanliness, pool, outdoor activities, run Bicicle in the downtown most of the time. This project was created to have a cozy space between the nature where you can sit in the garden and enjoy the variety of exotic plants, taste some fruits from the trees, interact with some domestic animals, butterflies and services dog. This is a place that you can feel the experience to be in peace and enjoying yourself, like I do.

This cozy studio is situated in the heart of the historical Downtown Sanford. The area is located in the Main Street Park Avenue, so you can walk to the marina, go shopping, ride your bike and walk all downtown at anytime. All the restaurants, museums, zoo, marina and others amenities are walking distance. This neighborhood is full of history, you will see the bricks in the streets, historic houses from 1920, beautiful gardens with flowers and butterflies, people walking on the sidewalk relax enjoying the willows old trees.

My property is unique because of the way was constructed, this is 1925 authentic Bungalow residence with a beauty architectural style. The garden is inspired by Zen art and nature. Variety of tropical fruits, grapes vines, blackberries hanging in the trees that you can taste. The pool is amazing and huge with a bar where you can sit and have some drinks. Uniques willows trees around the house make the air and the temperature fresh so you can connect with the Mother Nature anytime because of the good weather. The gazebo included Hamacas and sofas in front of the pool where you can sit and read a book or just take sun.
