The private apartment exudes an "old Florida" feel, boasting original pickled cypress paneling, large living room and bedroom, and a newly-remodeled, full kitchen. Two outside decks offer leisurely relaxation in a garden setting with views of the 1-acre grounds and park across the street. The bedroom has a reading area, desk & chair, and a king-size bed. The living room has seating for nine and a 40" flat-panel "smart" television with over-the-air channels and basic free video streaming. The apartment is on the second floor at the top of a 16-step stairway. It is not handicap accessible.

We are on a 2-block long street with a "tee" intersection at each end, where traffic is minimal and "well-behaved". We provide one off-street parking space. Additional parking is always available on the street.
