The trolley stop is conveniently located right outside at the corner of Gulf Drive and 27th. You can also take a short drive across the Cortez Bridge for additional restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Florida Maritime Museum in Cortez, all about two miles away.

We loved the location, right on the beach. Nice pool, the condo was nicer than I expected. Very clean, Bradenton was a perfect location for restaurants, shopping and a Publix grocery store.The master bedroom was amazing, large walk-in closet, balcony view of the beach.The second bedroom has two twin beds, they could use a better mattress, but it was ok. Very nice kitchen with large island.We did have an issue checking in, but they handled it quickly.Another thing we loved was security, access cards to get to the pool and elevator.

The condo was exceptionally nice. Very nicely decorated and well stocked with need dishes and appliances. And very clean. The view was beautiful overlooking the beach. The path to the beach was very short. However, the check in and checkout process was horrible. Our flight landed at 9:30pm. We took an uber from the airport to the condo but we had to add a stop in order to stop at the vacasa office and pick up our keys from an outside lockbox. This cost us extra for the Uber ride and we finally got to our condo about 11pm. In checking out by 10am, I had to walk 6 blocks, after having knee replacement surgery 3 weeks earlier, to return the keys to the Vacasa office. Then I had to walk 6 blocks back to the condo. It was very inconvenience to have to return the keys to the office. It would have been so much easier to have a Vacasa lockbox installed at the condo complex. Then the keys could have been dropped in on the way out of the condo. I liked Anna Marie Island. And I liked our condo complex. We would like to return again. But as long as keys have to be picked up and returned to a separate Vacasa office, we will not use any condo managed by Vacasa.

Great condo, larger even than it appeared in the pictures. Clean and comfortable with an amazing view and easy beach access. Very convenient parking under the building. Nice pool and hot tub that was never very busy. Great location central to the island and close to Publix and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome family trip!

Family of 4 with teenage kids; short walks to a gorgeous beach, clear water, pool in ideal spot, very clean rooms. Plenty of good places to eat and had an awesome charter fishing trip/boating day. All in all, one of our best beach vacations (and we have been to a lot of places)!

Beautiful!

We have stayed before at the Anna Maria Island Club and there are wonderful views of the beach from all the units. The pool is heated and enjoyable even on cool days. This unit is beautifully decorated and very clean! We loved our stay here!
