Pool in Paradise

The home was lovely and well equipped. The pool was wonderful, as was the weather. The location was ideal and it’s clear that the owners take pride in their property. We would love to visit again!

Convenient

I ideal place to stay while visiting my mother at Freedom Village which was just a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area and wish we had time to check out the professional grill.

GREAT Family Vacation Spot!

Centrally located near all the nice white sand beaches! My family and I couldn't of asked for a better house to call home for our stay! The BBQ was perfect after a long day on the beach! Kids loved the lights by the pool for a night swim! House was big airy and beautiful! We will definitely be back to visit again SOON!

Not a bad place

Location was great and the house was fairly nice. Although the ants in the kitchen were ridiculous and they provide the worst toilet paper I have ever used lol Just bring your own and you'll be fine. Overall wonderful stay! Very cozy home.

Great location

Was a great location, very nice quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we needed plus more. The pool is great size and had fun with all the games available. Cornhole was a big score for us and Monopoly and Scrabble was fun for the rainy day. Will be back again hopefully sooner than later.

Very nice property!

Super nice and close to everything. The pool area is nice and roomy if you want to be either in or out of the sun. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any utensil/pan you need to cook with however we could have used another trash bag. Overall the house was nice and comfortable and we would highly recommend.

Amazing house!

The house is well located, perfect for six person, with everything to cooke, great swimming pool. 15 min far from Anna Marie Island and 40 min far from siesta Key. You only need to bring your family, the food and beers and energy to have a lot of fun 🤩!

Updated home with heated pool is the advertised home We requested the pool to be heated and they told us we needed to make that request three days before our arrival date. No one mentioned that prior to our arrival date. The back patio could use some cleaning lots of lizard poop everywhere. Washer and dryer made loud noises when in use

Amazing Place!

Everything went smooth! From the reservation all the way to the checkout. House is beautiful, comfortable and Clean! The pool is just amazing and we had everything we need it in the house and even more. We play cards, uno and monopoly and spent a great time together with the gameboards they had in the house. The house is conveniently located near the beach, supermarkets & restaurants. We highly recommend this house and we look forward to rent it again in the near future. Thank you for a great time! ❤️

Unwanted guest during stay

This trip was unfortunately marred by recurring nocturnal visits from a varmint roaming the attic making sleep problematic. Infestation was reported but not reremediated

Issues

We paid 270 extra to have the pool heated, when we arrived pool was not heated and filter was not working. I called property manager from Vacasa numerous times and was never called back. I was once told it was my fault because I didn't notify them 72 hours ahead of my arrival that the pool was to be heated, I paid for it a month ahead of time. The finally sent the pool repair company out on the 4th day and all they did was fix the filter, however, they never fixed the heater. We could not use the pool at all. They reimbursed me the pool heating fee and an additional 50 which was a slap in the face. The Vacasa management company were horrible in communication

Schönes Haus in super Lage zu den Stränden

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet nahezu alles, was man für erholsame Ferien benötigt und es ist zudem äußerst liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat eine gute Lage zu den Stränden, Einkaufen, Restaurants, … alles kurze Wege - Wohngegend und Nachbarschaft sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Wäsche, Strand- Equipment) ist wirklich gut - lediglich eine Möglichkeit, Wäsche (Handtücher, Badezeugs) aufzuhängen würde alles perfekt machen. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
