Very clean and well kept home that worked very well for my family. Cory did a great job of communicating with us and making sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Bradenton. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the backyard is very peaceful to enjoy the outdoors. The communication with the host was swift and helpful and we had no problems at all during our stay!

We chose it because it’s a quiet, established residential 'Quiet Zone' that feels tucked away from the crowds, yet it’s only 15 minutes from the sugar-sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. You’re close to local nature preserves and great dining, but you can come home to a truly peaceful environment.

The heart of our home is the 350-year-old Grand Oak tree—it creates a majestic, shaded canopy over the entire backyard that you won't find anywhere else. We’ve paired that history with modern relaxation, featuring a private 'cocktail pool' swim spa. It’s not a hot tub, but a year-round dipping pool maintained at a refreshing 80°—perfect for cooling off with a drink under the shade of the oak after a day at the beach.
