Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage direkt am Park mit altem Baumbestand. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und einige Restaurants und eine Bäckerei liegen in fußläufiger Nähe. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was in einen Urlaub notwendig ist. Über einige mit Mückenschutz ausgerüstete Fenster kann die Wohnung insektenfrei belüftet werden. Ganz neu steht ein moderner Smart-TV zur Verfügung, auf dem viele Streaming-Apps (mit eigenem Konto) genutzt werden können. Das Auto hat einen definierten Stellplatz und Fahrräder (o.ä.) können sogar in einem separat zugeordnetem Abstellraum untergebracht werden.
