The large windows and modern furnishings create a pleasant, airy living atmosphere with charming decorative details and maritime accents.<br><br>The open-concept living and dining area invites you to enjoy relaxing vacation days. A cozy sofa nook, a dining area by the window, and direct access to the furnished balcony create a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and wind down your day in a relaxed manner.<br><br>The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator. This makes self-catering during your vacation a breeze.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a comfortable small double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) for restful nights. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space for up to 2 people. Blackout curtains in both rooms ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.<br><br>The modern bathroom is stylish and well-maintained, featuring a low-entry shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine for guest use is also located in the apartment.<br><br>The vacation rental is located just about 350 m from the sandy beach and approximately 400 m from the sea. Restaurants are just about 400 m away, and shopping options are about 2 km away. The complex’s heated indoor swimming pool can be used free of charge. Additionally, recreational facilities such as a playground, table tennis, foosball, and swings are available on the grounds.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies are generally available for use even during the breeding season.<br><br>Wi-Fi is included. A private parking space is available to you during your stay. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought along or rented for a fee. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas.
