The garage has been transformed into a fun-filled recreation room featuring a small bar area, Triple Strike arcade game, and full-size refrigerator/freezer—creating the perfect hangout space after a day at the beach or on the water.

Step outside and enjoy coastal living at its best. Relax in the bright three-season room, fire up the Weber grill for dinner, or unwind on the spacious deck beneath the retractable awning. After beach days and outdoor adventures, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening.

Bringing multiple vehicles, a boat, or gathering with friends and family? With parking for approximately 8–10 cars, there's room for everyone.

Your stay includes thoughtful extras to make beach days easy, including beach chairs, a beach cart, sand toys, and more.

Ideally located near James Farm Ecological Preserve, guests can enjoy scenic walking trails, dog-friendly paths, kayaking opportunities, and nature exploration. Nearby boat ramps make water access convenient, and local events at the VFW—open to the public for select occasions—offer an added taste of the community.

Linens, bath towels, and beach towels package is available for purchase at an additional cost of $292.80. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Guests are asked to supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Home is equipped for streaming using your personal accounts. Please note that cable TV is not available.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise during these hours are subject to a fine and/or termination of reservation requiring guests to vacate the property without a refund.

Strict Minimum Age & Occupancy Policy:
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, must be a registered guest, and must remain in the property for the entire stay. No exceptions. We do not rent to groups consisting of or organized for guests under 25, including but not limited to senior week, prom-related stays, college gatherings, birthday parties, or similar events. Third-party bookings, chaperoned stays, or “drop-off” arrangements are prohibited. Any misrepresentation of age, occupancy, or purpose of stay will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may require guests to vacate the property.

PARKING:
Plenty of parking to accommodate 8-10 cars total

TRASH:
Trash pick up is on Mondays mornings. Please put cans out on Sunday night to ensure they are at the curb in time for pick-up.
Recycling is picked up every other Monday morning.

There are Ring cameras at the front door and backyard, which have audio and video monitoring, on the exterior of the property only.
