Schön geschnittene Wohnung leider mit viel Spinnenweben und ungepflegter Terrasse
Grundlegend eine schöne Wohnung , leider viele Spinnweben, besonders auf dem Balkon , welchen wir gerne genutzt hätten, allerdings war dieser sehr dreckig und ungepflegt.
Etwaige Reparaturen wurden erkennbar mit möglichst günstigen Mitteln erledigt.
Gleich zu Beginn starker Katzengeruch im Flur. Wir mögen Tiere sehr , allerdings muss man diese nicht unbedingt riechen in unseren Augen.
Alles in allem blieb die Wohnung etwas hinter den Erwartungen zurück, die die Bilder versprachen.
