Michas lütje Stuvv Cozy apartment 5 minutes from Carolinensiel

Hi there, we’re offering our little place for a relaxing getaway by the North Sea. Our holiday rental, which is just over 40 square metres, is located on the top floor of a former school. It’s 4 km from Carolinensiel. By car, it takes 5 minutes to reach the town centre. By bike, there are various routes to get to Carolinensiel and Harlesiel. The shortest route to the town centre takes 12 minutes. Our apartment is also right across from a bus stop, where a bus stops several times a day, heading to the harbour town or to Wittmund.
You’ll be staying here away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist town, yet still very close by. The property is located directly on the Harle River. You’re welcome to use our little fishing boat—all you have to do is launch it. We also have a forest terrace that’s right on the Harle River. It’s a wonderful place to relax.
Our apartment includes a storage room where you’ll find organic bikes. You’re welcome to use them free of charge. However, we do not provide any warranty for the bikes. We cannot maintain them regularly and rely on our guests to treat the bicycles with care.
If you bring your own bicycles, you can store them here safely.
You’re also welcome to swim and fish in the Harle River. However, you must obtain a fishing permit on your own. These are available online or at the nearby kiosk. During the season, the kiosk (700 m away) offers fresh bread rolls, fruit, vegetables, and snacks.
The bedroom with the double bed is on the same level as the living/dining area. The two single beds are located on the loft (ceiling height 1.60 m), which is open to the living area.
The bathroom and bedroom offer 100% privacy and blackout coverage.
The double bed is built like a bunk bed. There is no cot. If you would like to use a cot, please contact me before booking. That way, we can discuss where the cot can be set up.
Pets are not allowed in our apartment. Smoking is also prohibited in the apartment.
The booking fee includes cleaning and utility costs.
The cost of the visitor’s tax, as well as bed linens (which can be booked as an optional extra for €7.50 per bed), will be added to the total. These costs will be charged via the rental agreement I’ve sent you separately.

After a day at the beach, on an island, or in the Siel villages, enjoy the evening and sunset on our terrace, on the sofa overlooking the Harle, or on the lawn surrounded by mature trees.
