Albrechtsburg Castle, the porcelain factory, the Elbe Bike Path, and the train station are all nearby...<br><br>This 62 m² apartment combines historic charm with modern design. It’s located on the first floor of a historic, listed building (dating from 1886) right on Theaterplatz, with a fantastic view of the theater, Albrechtsburg Castle, and many impressive buildings. The building on Theaterplatz was lovingly renovated in 2021 by a married couple of architects. In the stairwell, you can admire beautiful murals and feel as if you’ve been transported back to the 19th century.<br><br>The two-room apartment features a bright interior and accommodates up to four people.<br><br>To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, a cozy king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m) and hotel-quality bedding await you. A comfortable pull-out couch (1.40 x 2 m) in the living room allows all four guests to stay overnight.<br><br>The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped: induction stove, large refrigerator with a large freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware. High-quality spices, olive oil, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals are also provided for you. You can use the washing machine free of charge.<br><br>We’ve also prepared various types of tea and a selection of coffee capsules for the NESPRESSO coffee machine.<br>You can enjoy your meal either at the stylish bar table with bar stools in the kitchen or in the dining area in the living room, which seats 4 people.<br><br>The 55" smart TV lets you access Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, or media libraries, or browse through TV programming. Of course, Netflix is included and free for you during your stay with us. You can make yourself comfortable on the récamière, the couch, or the lounge chair and wind down the evening with books, magazines, or a board game.<br><br>In the bathroom, you can choose whether to take a shower or a bath. Of course, we provide fresh towels, a hair dryer, and bathroom essentials.<br><br>The fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) and the Nespresso coffee machine also make working in the apartment a pleasure.<br><br>Our guests can use our parking lot free of charge; it’s located about an 8-minute walk from the apartment on the edge of the Old Town.
