Escape from everyday life and relax in this attractive vacation home, which you can reach via a few steps, just the right place for a peaceful getaway. The appealing interior exudes the inviting and cozy charm of the historic country estate. Look forward to the view of the sea on the second floor and lovely evenings in the living room, where you can sit together for a long time in a cozy atmosphere and already plan your excursions for the next few days.



Enjoy long sunbaths or a balmy summer evening outdoors on the terrace of the house and spend the balmy summer evenings out here as well.



Only a few steps will bring you to the sea, enjoy the refreshment on hot days. In the village, stroll through the narrow streets with beautifully painted buildings to the seafront, where you will find excellent cafes and restaurants, and let your eyes wander over the blue sea. For larger excursions, of course, the port city of Genoa or the region of Liguria with its national parks, where you have the opportunity for numerous leisure activities.

WARNING - avoid this accommodation

Avoid at all costs! The house was unlivable throughout our stay of ca one week. There is a long ongoing full-blowout construction work of the second half of the building (two ”apparments”). They work all day for six days a week and the noice level is for most of the day 93 db, that is too loud to speak to each other, hear your own thoughts and obviously to put children to sleep. Novasol are not bothered. Secondly the house is located 1 m from the railway. Traffic is intense including freight at night. Expect to wake up constantly. Noice levels are 85db. This is equally bad on the outdoor area in front of the house. No modifications have been done to suppress the noice. Does not conform to safety regulations of EU. A pity, the house is cute, functional and could have been perfect for families or group of friends.

Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral im sehr schönen Ort Camogli. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Es liegt aber auch direkt an einer stark befahrenen Bahntrasse. Heißt: Alle 30 Minuten rauscht ein RegionalExpress oder ICE keine 5 Meter am Fenster vorbei. Die Hochspannungsleitung führt direkt am Fenster vorbei. Was noch negativ auffiel: Die Ausstattung der Küche war schlecht. Nur ein Kochtopf, kaum Besteck, ein kleines Kochmesser. Die Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls stark in die Jahre gekommen und wenn man sie gemeinsam mit der Spülmaschine anstellt springt die Sicherung raus. Trotz dieser kritischen Punkte kann man einen schönen mediterranen Urlaub dort verbringen.
