With many opportunities for sunbathing, cosy get-togethers or lovely barbecue evenings. In the neighbourhood are residential houses and occasional private holiday homes. The local church is about 150 m away and about 50 m from the rustico. A rustico is also available for rent below the property.

An Eldorado for pool lovers and sun worshippers is the large, fenced pool with lake view, open from Holy Week to mid-October depending on the weather and shared. Other times on request. The lake, the beaches and a kitesurfing school are about 15 min away on foot.

From the living area you enter the small twin bedroom, without wardrobe, with panoramic window, and the spacious double bedroom with third balcony, with pool and lake view, as well as the bathroom with bathtub/ shower enclosure.

Villa Quattro Stagioni and the two rustici below are ideal for enjoying privacy and benefiting from the beautiful pool and large garden. Children will quickly make friends here and have plenty of space to play. Your friendly landlord family Giovanni lives in the neighbourhood. Giovanni's wine cellar with reasonably priced wine, olive oil and cheese from the region is popular. The holiday flats are recommended all year round.

Your car is parked in the garden, entry via remote-controlled gate.
