Welcome to our spacious and unique retreat, set on nearly an acre with a charming apple orchard and plenty of room to relax and unwind. Enjoy your morning coffee in the 2 story sunroom with wall to ceiling windows to catch the sunrise. Comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests—perfect for large groups or families. Located on the north end of Idaho Falls, just minutes from the airport, Costco, and the Snake River, with easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor adventure.

The property was very nice. While the backyard wasn’t completely landscaped, it was fenced and our dogs literally had the best time. That was important to us because having to bring them at all was a little stressful. The house had some great updates and was clean and comfy. It felt like staying in a family home. We really appreciated it.
