On a 3 ha property located 400 m above the Plain and planted with olive trees, discover the joys of idleness in a comfortable and spacious family home (200 m2) where everyone can find what they are looking for. The summer dining room equipped with an electric plancha and a charcoal barbecue will allow you to taste the andouillettes and lamb chops of the region. The house will be your anchor point to discover the warm and colorful, historic Provence. It includes on the ground floor a large kitchen with dining area, large worktop, fridge/freezer and small fridge, microwave oven, induction cooker + electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine (laundry room), the kitchen overlooks a 20 m2 dining room with a large convent table, dresser and then a large 40 m2 living room with two relaxation areas, wood-burning fireplace.
Upstairs, overlooking the living room, a mezzanine with satellite TV area, two armchairs and a convertible sofa.
A parental suite with 160 cm bed, cupboard + chest of drawers and shower room with wc. A pink bedroom with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe and small cupboard. A bedroom with 3 90cm beds and a 120cm bed + a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Upstairs also a bathroom with bath, separate wc.
