This beautiful, detached house is located in the old town centre of Bozzano, a village near Lake Massaciuccoli, just 12 km from the beaches of Viareggio and 15 km from Lucca.
Recently renovated with local materials, the building maintains its original structure. In the surroundings, there are many naturalistic attractions, such as the lake, where it is possible to go bird watching, as well as historical, thanks to the exceptional monumental baths of the ancient Roman villa complex found next to the lake. Following the Puccini bike trail, named after the famous composer who loved this area, one can even reach the lovely walled town of Lucca.

To access the property, and private car park, one enters directly into what was once the farmyard, where in older times the grain was left to dry. The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful, fully-fenced garden, furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue for al-fresco dining, and a relaxation corner with sofa, as well as a hexagonal swimming pool (diam. 3 m, depth 100 cm, open from May to middle October) with sunbeds, beach umbrellas.

Laid out over two floors, the house is approx. 80 sq m, and consists of a kitchen (with oven, fridge, freezer, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and crockery) and a living room with dining area, sofa and sat-TV on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, on the first floor.

The holiday home is just 200-400 m from the town centre, which comprises a grocery store, a bar, an ice cream parlour and a chemist’s, and is 1500 m from the nearest restaurant.
The village also has a church with a functioning bell tower, typical of many Italian villages.
