このヴィラはとてもかわいらしいロマンチックな隠れ家です。 その場所の最大の利点は、ビーチからわずか15分、近くの「Alpi Apuane」山々の美しいハイキングコースから15分です。

ハイウェイは10分以内ですので、ルッカ、ピサ、チンクエテッレ、フィレンツェ、サンジミニャーノ、ヴォルテッラへの日帰りの拠点としても理想的です。

6月から8月まで、家にはダブルベッド2台とシングルベッド2台を備えた3つのベッドルームがあります。

9月から5月まで、家には2つの寝室があり、メインのリビングルームにはソファベッドがあります（写真の大きな窓があるもの）。2つの寝室、ダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド2台、ダブルソファベッド1台。

親の同伴の未​​成年者を除き、当事者の全員が25歳以上でなければなりません。

Super Property with nice Pool

The accommodation was exactly as described. Nothing was missing and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our personal highlight, apart from the view from the terrace, was the beautiful pool.The drive to the house is adventurous, but you get used to it.Communication was very quick and uncomplicated.10/10 we would book again!

Wonderful location, great pool, really kind hosts, but unfortunatelly not clean. Of course there are animals at this location in the middle of the wood, but it has been definitly too much - dead and alive. For this we couldn´t use the lower appartment.

Communicatie met eigenaar was goed. Lokale contactpersoon sprak Nederlands. Huis was niet brandschoon, maar wel goed toegerust. Alhoewel de volgens de omschrijving aanwezige waterkoker en broodrooster er niet waren. Ligging is afgelegen, auto is noodzakelijk. Minpuntje: geen goed leeslicht in de huiskamer.

Maison confortable et idéalement située pour visiter Lucques, Pise et les Cinque Terre. La piscine était assez grande et très rafraîchissante en ces chaudes journées d’été.Les interactions avec le propriétaire et la gérante ont été très sympathiques et faciles.

Wat een geweldig huis! Veel ruimte, heerlijk zwembad en goed gevulde koelkast. Zwembad is ook heerlijjk en die is groter dan op de foto's lijkt, net als de grote BBQ. Ja, je zit in het bos dus er zijn veel muggen en soms ook vervelende onweersvliegjes. Maar daar moet je je niet te druk over maken. Enige echte nadeel is dat je 's middags weinig schaduw op je terras hebt. Misschien leuk idee om de pergola te laten begroeien voor natuurijke schaduw.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, herrliche Landschaft

Wir haben mit unseren 3 fast erwachsenen Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verlebt. Wer Ruhe sucht wird sie finden, aber auch Ausflüge ins Gebirge, an den Strand, nach Lucca oder Pisa sind spontan möglich . Von Viaregio gibt es auch eine direkte Zugverbindung nach Rom (3,5 Stunden). Im Haus findet man alles was notwendig ist. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool hat eine gute Lage in der Sonne. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank an Suren und Ricardo.

Villa très sympa avec piscine, bien isolée en haut de sa route sineuse de prémontagne avec une très belle vue sur la vallée. Une seule solution d'accès routière qui vous sera communiqué par Suren. (je déconseille cependant une arrivée de nuit si vous ne connaissez pas les lieux :))L'arrivée est en autonomie, les échanges avec Suren sont proactifs, parfait ! :)Bref, très bon séjour, tout le monde à aimé la villa, à recommander sans précautions si vous aimez calme et nature

Schönes Haus abgelegen am Berg

Unterm Strich guter Aufenthalt, das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen an einer kleinen Straße am Berg. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht bis ans Meer. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist es der perfekte Ort. Die Sauberkeit war okay und an manchen Stellen merkt man dem Haus das Alter an. Für den Preis aber absolut im Rahmen. Alle Kontaktpersonen waren super freundlich, wir werden evtl. wieder kommen

Es war sehr schön!! Die Lage ist top! Die Villa liegt mitten im Wald am/im Berg. Man hat seine Ruhe. Es ist mit Hunden einfach ein Traum. Auch wenn man im Urlaub den ein oder anderen Traillauf machen möchte hat man eine Hauseigene Strecke! Sehr zu empfehlen. :)

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful house hidden in the woods, with a large pool and everything we needed. Close to Viareggio and within 20min distance of great sandy beaches. Clean, comfortable, with a complete privacy. The host (Surén) was kind and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Eine Oase am Waldrand

Zugegeben, das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu und das sieht man da und dort. Aber die Ausstattung, die Lage mit der Aussicht und der Pool machen das wett! Das Grundstück ist von den anderen Häusern kaum einzusehen. Durch die Hohen Bäume liegt das Haus etwas im Schatten. Wir haben das Klimagerät nie gebraucht, trotz über 30 Grad. Der Pool hat ab Mittag den ganzen Nachmittag Sonne. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Geräte - vor allem der grosse Gasherd - funktionieren einwandfrei. Genial ist der Pizzaofen. Den haben wir ausprobiert. Dafür war alles erforderliche vorhanden, auch der Schieber. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man ist in max. 10 Minuten im Ort, wo man frische Brötchen und in einem kleinen Supermarkt das nötigste kaufen kann. In etwa 15Minuten ist man auf der Autobahn oder in 20 Minuten in Viareggio am Strand. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber das Haus war leider nicht länger verfügbar. Sollten wir wieder in diese Region reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die pure Erholung

Super Lage, mitten in der Natur, sehr ruhig, tolle Aussicht, alles da, was man braucht. Die Kontaktaufnahmen zum Vermieter und Surèn, die uns vor Ort betreute, waren perfekt - Antworten kamen immer postwendend und Surèn hatte tolle Tips für uns. Besser geht's nicht :-)

Beautiful location, and lovely outdoor area, but indoors leave something to be desired

The property is wonderfully remote, surrounded by forest and up a tiny mountain road which goes around some terrifyingly tight corners. If you are in a big car, it can be quite a squeeze when someone is coming in the other direction! The outside of the property is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning pool and patio area. However, when we arrived the whole house stank of must and mould, to the extent that one of the double bedrooms was unusable. The bed in this bedroom was also quite uncomfortable and could do with updating. Once we had aired out the house, and turned the heating on to dry it out, the musty smell was marginally better, though the air quality downstairs was still not good at all, and after 4 days sleeping downstairs I was completely bunged up due to this. Even the living room sofas were very old and smelt musty. Aside from that, the rooms didn't seem particularly clean, and none of the rooms had been sufficiently mosquito-proofed for such a verdant area. The mosquito nets, which were only on some windows, were very old and very clearly letting insects in. There were ants easily getting in to the downstairs bedroom. Both bathrooms could really do with a fan of some sort, as they stay completely soaking for hours after a shower. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, particularly BBQing on the gorgeous outdoor oven, and swimming in the pool, as well as multiple visits to the lovely beaches nearby. However, the inside of the house was quite disappointing, especially since some of the issues could be fixed without great cost to the owners (eg some ikea furniture, a dehumidifier, replacing mosquito nets, better cleaning).

Hübsches Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer – super!

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Berghang mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist alleinstehend, man ist also ganz für sich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Aussicht vom Wohn-/Esszimmer, denn die Seite mit Meerblick ist vollverglast. Aber auch von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über den Berghang zum Meer. Zwei der Schlafräume sind recht klein, aber in Ordnung. Im unteren Teil des Hauses ist ein weiterer Schlafraum mit separatem WC/Dusche. Das Ferienhaus ist somit gut geeignet für 2 bis 3 Paare bzw. Familien. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Den großen Grill neben der Terrasse haben wir mehrfach benutzt. WLAN ist gegen Aufpreis verfügbar und funktioniert sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut ok. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, das Mobiliar nicht neu, aber in gutem Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Besonders lobenswert ist die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Riccardo, dem Vermieter. Alle Fragen wurden unverzüglich beantwortet. Suren, die sich vor Ort um alle Belange kümmert, ist super nett und absolut zuverlässig. Perfekt ist die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus, die man zugesandt bekommt. Unbedingt ausdrucken und genau nach dieser Anweisung fahren, dann findet man das Haus problemlos. Das Haus liegt abseits des Ortes am Berghang, die Zufahrt führt über sehr enge Sträßchen. Das letzte Stück des Weges ist sehr schmal und relativ steil. Mit dem normalen Pkw ist es kein Problem, wir aber waren mit einem 9-Sitzer-Van unterwegs und somit stellte die Zufahrt zum Haus schon eine kleine Herausforderung dar. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen unternehmen. Mit dem Pkw ist man schnell am Meer, aber auch in Pisa oder Lucca. Bis zum Ortszentrum sind es ca. 2 km. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Amazing staying at Le Magnolie

Perfect vacation for a couple who want to have a relaxing time. From the first contact everything was running on a professional level. With this serious communication the owner of the house brought trust up from the beginning. That gave us a certain feeling to do the right thing. The house is very beautiful. All what you need is there. Everything in the description is correct. The area where the house belongs to is amazing. Very quite and a really nice view from the hills down to the village and further to the ocean. Very nice !! We thought sometime we were at Malibu. The contact person Suren was very friendly and gave us the feeling to be welcome. In general we had a good time there. We love this place. Thanks for the opportunity Thomas & Petra

What makes this property special in my eyes is not only the view, but the privacy and the quiet. If you live in a big city like I do, you will really appreciate waking up and hearing only the birds and nothing else.
