The approximately 122 m2, 4-star-rated holiday home "Windschäufeln" is a cozy and lovingly furnished semi-detached house in a quiet location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The heart of the house is the light-filled living room on the ground floor with a spacious sofa area, satellite/cable TV, a cozy Swedish stove, and a comfortable dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. There is also a cloakroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. An open staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor. Here you will find three stylishly furnished bedrooms (each with a double bed), two of which have a furnished balcony with a unique view of the surrounding mountains. The modern bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and rain shower invites you to relax.
The large South-southwest terrace adjoining the living room with a small garden is an absolute feel-good place. A dining area, an additional small seating area, and deck chairs invite you to relax. The garden is completely fenced in, so that even our little guests and your four-legged friends can play safely. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available. We are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge upon request.
You can park your car directly at the house.
The quiet location in a residential area in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities in every season: long walks, hikes, and mountain bike tours in the warm season, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas attract visitors with their varied slopes and unique impressions.
Only about a 15-minute walk away, you will find various shopping opportunities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater, and much more in the pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary holiday enjoyment.
