The comfortable house is just a few metres from the sea and consists of two separate apartments that are connected by external communication. Enjoy a holiday together with your grandparents without having to sacrifice privacy. The accommodation is well equipped and offers you everything you need to feel at home.



Step out onto one of the five large outdoor terraces with a view of the sea or enjoy the garden with Mediterranean plants. In the evening, the barbecue with terrace offers you an ideal atmosphere for complete summer relaxation.



Spend your holidays by and in the sea and explore the beautiful island on foot or on your bikes. The nearest restaurants in Stomorska are just a short walk away. The ideal excursion destination from the island of Olta is the historic city of Split with its numerous sights such as the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, thanks to the good ferry connection.



Note: The last part of the access road to the house is gravelled and the access road to the house itself is somewhat narrower than usual.
