Villa Aron is only 200 m in distance from the sea and can accommodate 10 people in her 250m2 size. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area and 10 seats, and harmoniously decorated living room. One bedroom with double bed and toilet is also located on the ground floor of the villa, in a separate part of the house with its own entrance. Upstairs of the villa you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms equipped with double beds, each with its own bathroom. The rooms have a large terrace with lounge furniture perfect for evening gatherings with also one additional terrace on the upper equipped with a hot tub. The courtyard of the villa has a beautiful 12x5.5m swimming pool equipped with massage jets and surrounded by 10 sun loungers. In the courtyard you can also find a large terrace with fitness area with training equipment. A summer kitchen with an outdoor dinner table is also at disposal perfect for a meal together with the family. One electric grill and 2 parking spaces are also available to our guests, while the entire yard is completely surrounded by a 2-metre wall providing privacy. The rich content of our Villa Aron will enchant all our guests, some of which are the PlayStation, Nintendo Wii, bicycles, badminton equipment, and even a children's playground for our small guests is at disposal.



At all times our guests have a concierge at disposal for organisation of any extra events and trips, organise dinners or book extra activities. She does not stay in in the villa, to ensure privacy to the guests, but is at disposal anytime for all needs and questions. In case of interest there is also the possibility to organise an additional cleaning service, a chef, a road trip of the surroundings, to rent out a dinghy (10-11 m) on a weekly or daily basis and grocery delivery is also a possibility.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
