The villa consists of 3 superbly decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet. The bedrooms are spacious and have a TV and air conditioning. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people (+2 extra people on the sofa in the living room). The villa has a fully equipped, modern kitchen that will cater for all your needs. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and the cosy living room. This bright space is open-plan and allows guests to enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the heated swimming pool. The entire villa has centralised underfloor heating, making it the perfect choice for an off-season stay. The villa is fully fenced and offers plenty of greenery, giving you complete freedom for privacy and relaxation. The outdoor area also offers a marvellous swimming pool with sun loungers. The heated pool is 35 m² in size. The area around the swimming pool is directly connected to the outdoor dining and barbecue area, which is also equipped with a fridge and gas hob, where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. In the fully fenced yard there is a playground equipped with a slide, swing and trampoline. Four free mountain bikes are available for you to explore the island. Near the villa there is a local production of cheese, eggs and meat that you can taste and enjoy. For guests travelling with an electric car, the villa offers a charging station in the spacious car park. There is also secure parking and charging facilities for your e-bikes in the villa's fully fenced garden.
