Die Heizung ist im Obergeschoß installiert und sehr laut. Ihre GerĂ€usche erschweren ein Ein- und Durchschlafen erheblich. Auch ließ sie sich im Erdgeschoss nicht zentral regeln, sodass es immer sehr warm war. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön und gemĂŒtich. Der Fehler an der Heizung ("Fehlermeldung" 10) sollte behoben werden um nicht unnötig Energie zu verschwenden. Ferner sollte im Obergeschoß die Heizanlage gegen die GerĂ€usche gedĂ€mmt werden.
