There are three sauna houses in the neighborhood, each suitable for up to 4 people, which can be freely accessed by guests using the apartment code. Next door, there is also a playground from De ole School with various play equipment and a sandbox made of robinia wood. And if you feel like a game of indoor sports, you can play table tennis or table football in the game and sports cellar, draw and paint at the painting table, or simply chill on the thick mat. You can connect your music to large Bluetooth speakers.

During the construction of "De ole School," materials that are resource-efficient or recyclable were used, resulting in a small carbon footprint and avoiding unhealthy byproducts. This is good for you and for the environment.

The same applies to the heating and ventilation system: the majority of the energy for "De ole School" is provided through an air-to-water heat exchanger and distributed to the apartments via a low-temperature district heating network.
