Brand-new and simply beautiful... perfect for your vacation!<br><br>The "Silberstern" vacation home was completely refurbished, renovated, and lovingly furnished by its owners after they took it over in 2021. This single-story Nordic-style log cabin, situated in a very quiet location within the popular vacation home community in the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, invites you to spend your most precious time of the year here and relax completely.<br><br>With 75 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.<br><br>The bright living and dining area, featuring an open-concept sunroom and an adjoining open kitchen, exudes coziness and a vacation atmosphere the moment you walk in. From here, you can step out onto the sunny terrace and into the fully fenced, sheltered garden, which is perfect for simply unwinding, since even dogs and children can move about freely here without the worry that they’ll end up at a neighbor’s house.<br><br>The two bedrooms—one with a double bed(140x200) and one with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed, as well as the bathroom with a shower, are located at the back of the house and can be separated from the living area by a door, so you can find your own quiet retreat here.<br><br>Up to two dogs are welcome!<br><br>In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, complete with its promenade and plenty to experience. Stop by one of the seaside restaurants and cafés, or stroll along the harbor through the small boutiques and shops.<br>For sports enthusiasts, the Ostsee-Resort Damp offers a wide range of activities to suit every taste. You’ll find a mini-golf course, an adventure pool, the Fun and Sports Center, the water ski facility, and much more just a few minutes away from the house.<br>For spa vacationers, there is a wide range of therapy and wellness options available on-site.<br><br>Our “Silberstern” vacation home is also the ideal starting point for day trips—for example, to the Schlei town of Kappeln, to Eckernförde, Flensburg, the Schlei town of Schleswig, or even to Denmark.<br><br>The advance payment for utilities/security deposit of €150 is used to bill for electricity based on actual consumption (€0.60/kWh). Any overpayment will be refunded.
