With mountain views, Villa "Can Baltasar" in Santanyi offers guests fantastic scenery. This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace, TV, heating, and a washing machine. Air conditioning is available in all rooms from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am. If you wish to use it in the afternoon, please contact the host in advance through the booking platform. A crib and high chair are also provided.



The private outdoor area includes a pool, open and covered terraces, a balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The villa is close to the beach and public transport links. It is located on the main road connecting Cala d'Or with nearby urbanizations such as Cala Egos and Porto Petro.



One parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Bed linen and towels will be changed for stays longer than seven days. The property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly; more information is provided on-site. The house features energy-saving lighting.

Great check in process and information before arrival. The property was just as described and fitted our needs. Really close to the harbour and the local supermarket. The pool and outside area is amazing as is the up stairs balcony. The whole property felt spacious. It is close the main road which can mean traffic noise but it didn’t spoil our stay. I would stay here again.

Amazing House near the town of Cala D’or

Pros: The house was amazing!! Much bigger than I thought it was going to be and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - 5 min to harbor, 10 min to main area of town, market is 2 min walk away. Cons: The freezer unfortunately didn’t work and we only got one trash bag in a small trash can for our multiple day stay.

Mooi schoon huis waar je van alle voorzieningen bent voorzien.

Pros: De flexibiliteit van de gastheer, het huis zelf en de fijne tuin met de hele dag zon. De foto's laten het huis slechter lijken dan dat het is. Een aanrader om te boeken. Stadje is en kwartiertje lopen en de haven 5 minuten. Cons: De douche was af en toe koud.
