The bright and airy open-plan living and dining room dominates here, with generous patio doors bringing in plenty of natural light and beautiful views. They adjoin a modern, fully equipped kitchen, so you can dare to cook up some of the regional recipes - perhaps fresh oysters and mussels from nearby Lim Bay.

And if you don't feel like cooking, there are even 4 restaurants within walking distance, serving delicious regional specialties.Villa Rotonda has a convenient location by the road that leads you directly to the magical Lim Bay, as well as to the picturesque fishing village of Vrsar and its beautiful beaches. This charming little village with a rich historical heritage overlooks an archipelago of 18 islands resting on the vast blue sea. It is a paradise for sailors, but parachuting, paragliding and panoramic flights are also on offer, as well as many other options for an active vacation. If you enjoy hiking, cycling and horse riding, the beautiful landscape awaits you. The Lim Bay Nature Reserve is a famous mussel and fish breeding site, as well as a popular spot for free climbing enthusiasts. In the hinterland you will find the beautiful Kontija Forest Reserve, as well as a number of charming, authentic towns and villages.
