Finca Flora is an impressive holiday home between Cala Sant Vicenç and Pollensa. It is only a short drive away from the holiday resort Cala Sant Vicenç. The romantic seaside village has three sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. The village has a few shops to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Flora is a traditional style holiday home with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The spacious holiday home has a large living room with two levels. It offers plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the ground floor is a conservatory with a large window front and exit to the garden. The conservatory serves as a dining room and also has a cosy sofa corner. Directly next to the conservatory is the fully equipped kitchen, which has access to the rear terrace and the barbecue house.

The first sleeping area is on the ground floor and offers three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a second twin bedroom with separate bathroom.

The upper floor is accessed via a gallery with another seating area. Here are two more bedrooms: one double and one twin, sharing a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning h/c running on timer. The set operating hours are from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

Finca Flora is reached via a long, paved driveway lined with oleander and olive trees, leading directly to the parking area at the front of the house. The finca has a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and a private pool facing the Tramuntana mountains with fantastic mountain views. There is a sun terrace with sunbeds by the pool, a lovely dining area with large table right by the house and a barbecue hut with brick charcoal barbecue and work surfaces.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
