The 123 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



This property offers a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach, and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach and pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.

- All bins must be emptied prior to check-out.

- All dishes should be left clean, either washed or placed in the dishwasher and turned on.

- Please check all wardrobes and bedside lockers prior to check-out.
