About this property
in the old town of Antibes on a pedestrian street
The house has two bedrooms upstairs, each with two double beds, one with an additional single bunk bed and a shower with a sink. On the ground floor there is the toilet with sink, the living room with open fireplace, the kitchen with corner seat, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. After the kitchen, a covered patio comes out to the garden, where you are actually staying all year round. In the garden grow bananas, oranges, lemons and wine. There are also roses, rosemary and a shade-giving olive tree. We are particularly pleased if you also treat the plants to a sip of water after a sunny day.
In the Gartenhäusel are three wheels and equipment. The house is completely furnished except for bed and table linen and towels for 4-5 persons.
The car is not needed for daily use, it is in a private underground car park just behind the post office, about 5 minutes walk.
Our holiday home is located in the historic center of Antibes on a pedestrian lane, about 60 meters from the Place Nationale in a quiet, sunny south facing position. Despite the quiet location of the house - the Dösende in the garden rises only sometimes, after the onset of a gust of wind, his gaze to the suddenly oscillating oasengleich noise-causing Palmwedeln- are the busy streets of the old town, the Marche Provencal and the Boutiques within a minute's walk.

Shops:
For everyday needs, such as bakers, butchers, caterers, chicken roast, oysters, fisherman and mom and pop shop are also present in this area, all real types, like from the movie.
Beach and climate:
The sea is about 250 meters away. The nearest beach behind the fishing port, in a beautiful, sheltered bay overlooking the Remparts - where photos of newly launched automobiles are often made for the press - is within easy walking distance of 5 minutes and has fine sand and crystal clear Water. There is also a pebble beach with rocks. Other beaches such as Salis or Juan les Pins can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes on foot. Swimming in the sea is often possible until Christmas because of the very mild climate. From March, the intrepid jumps in at 16 degrees again.
... you should have seen that:
The Cote d'Azur offers cultural and scenic attractions in excess, such as Picasso Museum, Leger Museum, artist villages such as Vallauris and Biot, Nice and Cannes with all the trimmings and also the Esterel, the Grand Canyon du Verdon, the Iles des Lerins or the perfume fields of Grasse.
It is also recommended trips to St. Tropez, Aix en Provence, Les Beaux and the mountainous hinterland, as well as the Italian Riviera.
Gastronomy:
There are a lot of typical restaurants that catapult the tourists at lightning tables to allow a second round, and few who really care about the guest and make it comfortable. We have always put together these restaurants in a current optimal list, which complements the guest according to his experience and which rests in the house for the successor.
