Enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea at Villa Mar, located in Teià. This 110 m² apartment features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, fans, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.



Relax outdoors in your private space with pool, garden, open and covered terraces, and barbecue. The property is close to the beach. Free street parking is available. One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Smoking and parties or events are not allowed inside the house. Please note, there is no air conditioning.



All facilities and spaces are private and not shared, though the owner lives upstairs and is available for any questions or issues.



A bus stop with direct service to central Barcelona is just 100 meters away.

Accueil et hôte vraiment très agréable, très souriante et disponible. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec belle vue sur la mer et Barcelone. La présence des propriétaires sur place ne s'est pas fait ressentir, très discret.

Mooi huis met een toffe gastvrouw.

Pros: Het huis was proper, alles werkte heel goed, we hebben goed geslapen, de aangeboden handdoeken en lakens waren heel proper en zacht, ... Kortom de ideale vakantie! De eigenares was goed voorbereid en zeer vriendelijk.

Tolle und Geräumige Wohnung

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Wohnung, da wir für einen Städtetrip in Barcelonawaren, haben uns aber entschieden, etwas außerhalb zu wohnen und daher war uns auch eine Terrasse wichtig. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, aber die Aussicht auf Barcelona ist einfach herrlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles!
