Holiday Home 'Villa Mar' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea from Villa Mar, located in Teià. This 110 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, fans, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.



Outside, you will find a private space with pool, garden, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue. The property is close to the beach. Free street parking is available. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking inside and hosting parties or events are not permitted. The main guest must be at least 30 years old. Groups of young people are not accepted. External visitors are not allowed without prior communication and host approval. Authorized visitors will incur an extra fee to be agreed upon. The property does not have air conditioning.



All facilities and spaces are private and not shared, although the owner lives upstairs and is available for any questions or issues.



A bus stop with direct service to central Barcelona is just 100 meters away.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Terrasse und Pool und Aussicht waren sehr schön. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Untergeschoss, nicht um eine Villa zu Alleinbenutzung. Auf der Buchungsseite ist das falsch angegeben, im kleingedruckten aber gibt es den Hinweis. Für uns war das nicht störend. Die Wohnung ist sehr nach an einer 6 spurigen Autobahn, so dass es insbesondere auf der Terrasse, aber auch im Haus rund um die Uhr störend laut ist. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und renoviert. Die weiteren Räume und Einrichtungen haben Reparatur- und Erneuerungsbedarf. Es riecht im Schlafzimmer muffig und es war ein Luftentfeuchter aufgestellt. Summary: Nette Vermieterin und schöner Pool, mit toller Aussicht. Sehr laut durch die Autobahn, schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Regarding the highway noise, we appreciate your input. It's the first time we've received feedback about the proximity to the highway being particularly bothersome. We do make sure to include information about the location in our listing and photos. Just to clarify about the photography, the image showing the highway was taken from the highway bridge, not from the property or terrace. We also want to mention that the dehumidifier is in use due to the unusually high humidity levels in the area this year. It helps maintain a comfortable and healthy indoor environment. Accueil et hôte vraiment très agréable, très souriante et disponible. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour avec belle vue sur la mer et Barcelone. La présence des propriétaires sur place ne s'est pas fait ressentir, très discret.

Mooi huis met een toffe gastvrouw.

Pros: Het huis was proper, alles werkte heel goed, we hebben goed geslapen, de aangeboden handdoeken en lakens waren heel proper en zacht, ... Kortom de ideale vakantie! De eigenares was goed voorbereid en zeer vriendelijk.

Tolle und Geräumige Wohnung

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Wohnung, da wir für einen Städtetrip in Barcelonawaren, haben uns aber entschieden, etwas außerhalb zu wohnen und daher war uns auch eine Terrasse wichtig. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, aber die Aussicht auf Barcelona ist einfach herrlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles!
