With the ferry port of Gjerdmundshamn, you can visit the island of Varaldsøy and explore Folgefonna National Park. The picturesque town of Norheimsund with the Steinsdalsfossen waterfall is also worth a visit. If you are lucky, you can experience the traditional and popular market day.
