Villa Leon is located in the picturesque fishing village Funtana, only 300 m from the sea and the nearest beach.

The house was built and equipped in 2013 and is situated on a fenced plot with a well-kept lawn, where there is a swimming pool, parking for 4 cars, a covered terrace with seating and a barbecue. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a children's playground, a market, a shop and numerous restaurants.



Villa for 10 guests on three floors. On the ground floor of the house, there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with a sofa, a fireplace and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms with French beds, two of which have a large shared terrace overlooking the sea, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and another spacious bedroom with a private bathroom and a loggia. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
