In the heart of Istria, 2 villas available for rent together

The "Lastavica Pod Ruzon" villa is located in the heart of Istria, on the outskirts of the small village of Munci.

The complex consists of two houses whose courtyards intersect; they are connected by a large arched passageway, right next to a large pool.
In the larger house, Lastavica (100 m²), the upper floor is at your disposal: a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed; the other has three single beds.
The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed for one more person.

The smaller of the two houses, Pod Ruzon, is 70 m². On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, there is another bedroom (with a double bed and an extra single bed). In total, both villas can accommodate 11 guests.

In addition to the large pool in the first courtyard, there is another freestanding pool, an outdoor grill, and comfortable furniture for sunbathing and relaxing.

We know that Istria will enchant you with its charm and traditions, but don’t just take our word for it.
