The flat is located on the first floor and has a bright and airy bedroom. In this bedroom you will find two single beds. It also has a private bathroom, separated by a curtain, and a large outdoor terrace with views of the city.
The terrace has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a small fridge, a portable induction hob (single burner) and a microwave. In addition, you will find two sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the good weather in the city, a bar with two stools (ideal for outdoor dining) and a resin armchair for two people.
In addition, in the common areas you will have access to a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. On the other hand, you will be able to enjoy a solarium located on the highest floor of the building. This open-air space will allow you to relax and enjoy panoramic views while sunbathing.
