This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and features a terrace and a lovely small garden of approximately 100 square metres. The garden is fenced in, making it ideal for small families with children and families with dogs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. A travel cot and high chair are available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a washing machine for small loads of laundry.
The bright and inviting living room naturally includes a couch that can also be used as a bed for one person, a TV, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for daily use, and there is also a dining table with 4 chairs.
The parking space is right next to the house, and there is a separate lockable shed on the property for bicycles.

Latest updates: Unfortunately, the stairs on the cliffs have been temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons. The main staircase remains freely accessible. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
