QUAIL POINTE II - 7 min WALK 2 BEACH Sawgrass Country Club BRAND NEW FURNISHINGS
Your Sawgrass adventure begins in this newly-furnished, pristine two bedroom one-level condo only a 7 min walk to the beach (.38 of a mile), located in the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club. This condo is located in the CLOSEST neighborhood section to the beach, Quail Pointe II.
Inside, guests find a fantastic mix of sleeping options, including a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed (two twins), all with brand new mattresses (August 2026). There are two full baths, both en suite, for maximum privacy in addition to a full-sized washer and dryer.
The dining area seats six and the kitchen is well equipped with the conveniences of home like a Keurig + Drip coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, and other cooking and baking supplies.
Beach gear is provided and includes a beach cart, cooler, four reclining beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and seven beach towels.
PLEASE NOTE Pool location - 17 Sawgrass Drive South, interior of the neighborhood, not ocean-side
Other things to note:
No pets allowed.
Dedicated parking spots for two cars.
Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private.
Guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point.
