This is a newer property for us, and we were still in the process of updating and verifying all of the listing information and amenities when you stayed with us. Unfortunately, the hot tub amenity had not yet been removed from the listing even though it was no longer available at the property. We completely understand how important it is for the listing to accurately reflect what is available, and we have taken steps to correct this. We’re also sorry for the concern caused by the lack of central air conditioning, especially during the unusually high temperatures during your stay. We’re glad our team was able to respond promptly and provide portable AC units to help make you more comfortable. We truly appreciate your kind comments about the cabin, as well as your recognition of our team’s customer service.
