La "Vineyard House" es una casa de 2 pisos recientemente renovada con espectaculares vistas de los viñedos de Round Peak y las montañas Blue Ridge. Ubicado cerca del Monte Airy (Mayberry) y Elkin. Completamente equipado con un gran porche proyectado. Con senderos en 33 acres de viñedos, campos y bosques, un campo de golf de disco de 18 hoyos y un hoyo para fogatas, es un lugar perfecto para relajarse, o para usar como base para realizar recorridos por el vino o explorar las muchas atracciones de la región.

The views are beautiful! The house was amazing, we had our family Christmas Day there, and had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches and a huge Christmas dinner! The kitchen is not lacking for anything, nor is anything else in the house, it was such a blessing for us. The screened in porch was an added bonus for our Christmas games and fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little Oasis

We booked as a friends vacation. The guys loved the disc golf course on site. The home was clean, spacious and felt comfortable. Everything we could've needed was supplied and Ken was able to answer all of my questions. The from Round Peak was also the best we had all trip! We would definitely book again.

We’ve visited the property a lot and always appreciate the laid back atmosphere. And the wine, views, frisbee golf course and rental cabin are amazing!

Always A Great Weekend At Roundpeak

Back again to a little slice of heaven. When you want to have a great family get together, this is the place. I highly recommend staying at the Round Peak Cabins.

Fabulous cabin located on the vineyards at Round Peak Vineyards. Great place to get away with family and great place to take your pet. 2nd year staying at the cabins and hope to be back in 2022!!

Fantastic House!

This house was perfect for us in may ways. The views overlooking the winery were fantastic. The house was plenty big for our group and not far off the interstate. Very private and quiet. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful views and tranquil location

We loved the house, the views, and the winery. The location was close to all of the things we planned to do. We were able to walk the winery, and take in the fresh mountain air. The screened in porch was also great for keeping bugs away. Would stay here again!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Round Peak. It was a long girl's weekend and the house location was convenient to Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain State Park, Hanging Rock State Park and right next door to the Vineyard! We walked the paths through the vineyard and enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine! The house sleeps lots of folksEven though we only had 3 in our party we had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and the screen porch was just perfect! Wine Weekend

We were thrilled with this property! Literally located on the grounds of a vineyard within walking distance of the tasting room! There were 7 in our group and the cabin easily accommodated all of us! We found things just as advertised and even met the host! Will definitely stay here again!

Wine escape

This was a cozy house with a gorgeous view of the vineyard from the screened in back porch! The tasting room was within stumbling distance and had good wine and great beer. It was centrally located to several state parks to hike at as well as many other vineyards. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hi everyone! We are Kari Heerdt and Ken Gulaian, and as the owners of Round Peak Vineyards, we'd like to introduce ourselves and our team. We met in Cincinnati in 1998 when we both worked for General Electric. We moved to Charlotte, NC in 2000 for a new job opportunity, loved it, and decided North Carolina was where we would stay. Careers got in the way though, and in 2006 we moved to San Francisco for Kari's work. This proved to be instrumental since it resulted in a lot of time spent enjoying wine in Napa, Sonoma, and especially the Dry Creek Valley. We particularly enjoyed the small family owned wineries. When we got the chance to return to North Carolina in 2008, again for Kari's work, we jumped at the chance. Ken had already decided it was time to give up the corporate world, and when we found out there was an opportunity to own a winery in North Carolina, we couldn't resist! After visiting, being impressed with the wines, and seeing the spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we decided to take the challenge.

The Vineyard House, and the adjacent Winery House, create a really unique rental opportunity, where you can stay right in the heart of wine country, relax and enjoy some fantastic views, hike around our 33 acres of vineyards and woods, and yet still get out and participate in the many activities in the region.

Next door is both a winery (Round Peak Vineyards) and a craft brewery (Skull Camp Brewing). Included in the rental is a tasting of either wine or beer for each adult renter (21 & over). With both Mount Airy (home of Mayberry) and Elkin (heart of wine country) close by, there is something for everyone to do!
