The beautiful stone villa Mosaici offers an ideal holiday for friends or family who want to spend it in the unique nature.

Built in traditional Istrian style, Villa Mosaici can accommodate up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. During the renovation, the mosaics were discovered and preserved. This is how the villa got its name.

The outdoor area includes a fully fenced green garden with a private pool where you can relax in the natural shade or enjoy the sun while breathing in the scents of Mediterranean plants.

An outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue is available on the terrace.

Villa Mosaici is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access, private parking and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.

The beautiful Villa Mosaici is located in a quiet village called Draevac. This is close to Pore - a well-known holiday resort. The first beaches are 6 km away from the villa and are called Zelena and Plava Laguna. Here you will find the stone and pebble beaches awarded with Blue Flags for quality and the turquoise Adriatic Sea.

A supermarket and restaurant are 2 kilometres from the villa.

Tourism in Pore is more than sea, sun and tourist image. Tourists can easily recognise the historical values of the town. In Pore you can find museums, galleries and many valuable places. The priceless town centre is located on a small peninsula. The city was founded during the reign of the Roman Empire. During your stay at the villa, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the historic centre of Pore. Pore is an attractive holiday destination as you can enjoy various sports (tennis, beach volleyball, football, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports).

Wir waren zu dritt für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu Gast und dürften den tollen Pool und das liebevollst eingerichtete Haus genießen. Kleinere Schwierigkeiten wie Skorpione im Haus oder Stromausfälle ließen sich schnell beheben. Kristijan hat uns immer mit tollen Tipps versorgt was wir rund um Porec erleben können, wo es was Gutes zu Essen gibt etc und war immer für uns da. Und ich wurde zu meinem Geburtstag mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Danke nochmal dafür ☺️. Es war ein toller Urlaub!!!

„Klein und fein“ ist diese Villa im traditionellen Baustil. Wunderschön vom Architekten wieder geplant und umgesetzt worden. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment ab sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe im Ort genossen. Die Vorteile der Stadt nicht weit entfernt, um dann wieder die Ruhe im eingegrenzten Urlaubsparadies zu genießen. Der beheizte Naturpool ist ein Traum. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Woche hier verbracht mit der Familie!
