This vacation rental, located on the 4th floor of the Berolina building, offers a cozy retreat for up to 2 adults, featuring 47 m² of living space. The entrance area includes a wardrobe, leading into a combined living and sleeping area with a comfy relaxation sofa, TV, and electric fireplace. Direct access to a furnished balcony is available. The sleeping area contains a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with exterior blinds. A separate room with a workspace, sofa, and wardrobe is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a sliding door. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, and oven, with a dining area for two. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC. Guests can enjoy access to a communal swimming pool and other shared facilities, such as a washing room (fee required). Note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
