This beautiful family villa is located near the medieval town of Motovun in the heart of Istria. Villa Alba can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The interior is characterized by harmonious color combinations and gives a feeling of home. The open-plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room and a beautifully furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor you will find two cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. From the living room you have direct access to the beautiful terrace, from which you have a magnificent view over Motovun and the green hills. A covered terrace is a wonderful place where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have lunch with your family. In front of the house is a large and inviting infinity pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days or simply relax on a sun lounger with a cold drink. In the basement of the villa there is a private tavern where you can spend time with your friends and family while preparing a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. The house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by the green nature of Istria.
