This two-storey property includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 8 people. Amenities include fiber internet, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, a baby bed and a high chair. A paddle board and board games are also at your disposal.
The private outdoor area (fenced property) features a heated pool accessible from May 1st to October 15th, a semi-covered terrace with awning, a garden with barbecue, garden furniture, table and 8 chairs, as well as sun loungers. The Saint-Gildas de Rhuys beach (Gohvellins beach) and the GR 34 hiking trail are just a 2-minute walk away. The sailing school, town center, and cycle paths are all close to the house.
Three free parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smokers, and event celebrations are not allowed.
The "beds made on arrival" option is available for an extra fee. Please request this from the owners after booking.
