This rental villa, completed in 2023, ideal for example for two families or multi-generational holidays. A bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. A 40 m² two-room apartment with a private entrance in the basement which can be rented from the owner for extra price, starting from 200 e/weekend.
Situated 49 km to the south from Mikkeli, Lake Saimaa 15 m, hard, gently deepening sandy bottom and a rowing boat.

Wooden villa, built in 2023, offers an open-plan living room and kitchen. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two beds, a dressing room/sauna lounge, WC, bathroom, wood-heated sauna, and a hot tub on the terrace. On the upper floor, there's a bedroom with two beds, two alcoves (without curtains) each with two beds, and a WC.

The yard includes a summerhouse with a gas grill and a cooking hut. A double carport provides space for two cars and includes an electric car charging point, which is included in the rental price.

NOTE: The use of the hot tub is included in the price from May to October. Outside this period, the hot tub can only be rented pre-heated for an additional fee of 100 euros in cash on-site.
