This extraordinary tiny house on stilts offers a unique holiday experience right in the middle of a natural pond, where our horses go for a swim in the summer. Surrounded by paddocks, you can enjoy a special break here – whether on the spacious terrace with views of the water and the historic four-sided farmstead, or cosily by the fireplace on a blustery day.
The holiday home is perfect for spending a few relaxing days with family or friends. Whether it’s a break by the water, trips to Saxon Switzerland or cosy evenings on the terrace – here you’ll experience a holiday in a special atmosphere.
PLEASE NOTE: From June to September, the Tiny House can only be booked on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

This tiny house offers an exceptional living experience in a compact space and is ideal for 4 people – though it can accommodate up to 6 if you don’t mind being a bit close together.

Guest Access:
Check-in is simple and contactless via a key safe, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Once you have checked in online and uploaded a copy of your ID, you will receive all the essential information you need for your arrival.

Getting Around:
The holiday home is an ideal base for a variety of excursions combining nature, culture and historic towns. Many attractions and leisure activities are within easy reach.
• Stolpen Castle (approx. 10 mins)
• The historic old towns of Pirna (approx. 30 mins) and Bautzen (approx. 40 mins)
• Dresden with its Baroque old town, restaurants and trendy districts (approx. 40 mins)
• Hiking, cycling and climbing in Saxon Switzerland (approx. 30 mins)
• Lusatian Lake District Biosphere Reserve (approx. 40 mins)
• Day trip to the Spreewald (approx. 1.5 hours)
• Prague – the ‘Golden City’, reachable in around 2 hours

Pets are not permitted in this tiny house.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
The following services can be added flexibly as required:
• Bed linen (€15 per set) and towels (€5 per set)
• Firewood for the wood-burning stove (€1 per log) – you are welcome to bring your own wood
• Washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use (€5 each)
• Wood-fired barrel sauna in the courtyard of Hexenburg (€15 incl. wood and cleaning)
NOTES ON THE PROPERTY:
Hexenburg is a historic four-sided farmstead that is currently undergoing ongoing, careful renovation. Some outdoor areas are still under construction.
The swimming pond is a natural body of water and not a conventional swimming pool. Water quality may vary depending on the weather, particularly during the summer months.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to our guests every day from 8 am to 8 pm. In addition, there is almost always someone on site at Hexenburg during the day should you need any assistance.
Riding lessons and trail rides can be arranged flexibly, and in some cases at short notice, directly with the riding instructor.
