The Space:
The modern apartment is located on the second floor in a building with elevator access. It can accommodate up to eight people, so it is an ideal option for a large family or a group traveling together. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, and additionally there is a sofa bed in the living room capable of accommodating two people. You can prepare a delicious meal using the induction cooktop located in the kitchenette, as well as an oven with microwave function. You shouldn't have to worry about washing dishes either, as the annex also houses a dishwasher. During warmer days, you can sip pre-brewed coffee on the furnished balcony belonging to the apartment. The place is suitable for people working remotely - in the bedroom you can find a desk along with a lamp and a chair, and in all rooms there is a high-speed WiFi connection. An additional multimedia asset is a flat-screen TV with cable access and built-in SmartTV+ function. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine, while the other has a shower. For additional guest comfort, each bathroom includes a set of complimentary toiletries and towels.

The place is well connected with the rest of Warsaw - only fifteen minutes is enough to walk to one of the two subway stations (Wierzbno or Wilanowska). In addition, in the area you can find numerous streetcar and bus stops, the nearest of which Modzelewskiego 03 is located just three minutes from the apartment.
