Eierkocher Es gab ein paar Staubmäuse, sonst sauber und gepflegt. Schön wäre es, wenn die Heizungen (gerade im Herbst/Winter) bei Ankunft nicht auf kalt stehen, sondern etwas angeheizt wird. Es dauert sonst sehr lange bis die Wohnung warm wird und nachts geht die Heizung aus, da war es in der ersten Nacht etwas kühl. Sonst aber ok.

Reduced to the max but new and clean.

Gut gefallen hat uns das Engagement von Caroline Regge und Ihrem Team. Kompetent, gut erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit, incl. Techniker bzgl. der Heizung. Sogar einen kleinen elektr. Heizlüfter haben Sie uns kurzfristig gebracht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig aber leider sehr dunkel, was am alten Baumbestand neben dem Haus liegt.Ein Sitzplatz auf einem Balkon, einer Terr. ist leider nicht vorhanden. Parken ist gut. Die EG Wohn. unter der FW wird gerade renov.und es riecht etwas nach Schimmel, was der FW im 1. Stock aber keinen Abbruch tut. Die Einrichtung der FW ist neu (IKEA) und die Betten sind gut, auch ist alles sehr sauber. Leider ist die sonstige Ausstattung der FW aber sehr spartanisch (keine Topflappen, 6 Messer, 6 Gabeln, 6 Weingläser, 6 Teller …), hier könnte sicher nachgebes. und aufgestockt werden, zumal man nicht immer nach jedem Essen spülen will. Bis auf 1x Toil.-Papier, 1x Geschirrspültabs, einige Müllbeutel ist nichts vor Ort (kein Krümel Salz, Zucker, Streichhölzer o.ä.). Für einige Mieter ist das sicher toll, für uns war es eine „neue“ Erfahrung und das bei einer Vielzahl von FW Buch. über die letzten Jahre. Wenig gut gefallen hat uns, dass die FW bei Ankunft komplett ausgekühlt war. Auch muss unbedingt die Kindersich. / Jugendfreig. aus der den TV versorgenden TV-Box herausgenommen werden. Send., die eine Altersfreigabe benöt. (16a/18a) und/oder das Überschreiten von nicht nachvollziehbaren Zeitlimits führen zu sofortigen Unterbrech./Abbrüchen des TV-Abends.
