The Red Barn House is absolutely charming! Cozy, peaceful, and private. The perfect little getaway for relaxing and stargazing under the beautiful night sky! The house was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a delicious meal. We enjoyed grilling steaks and salmon, and ended our evening soaking in the hot tub while gazing at the night sky.What a perfect way to end the day!If you're looking for a peaceful, cozy escape to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature, the Red Barn House is a wonderful choice! Alice the host was very responsive.

We are new to Fredericksburg. We moved from the Ft Worth area. I love to garden and sew and my husband loves working on the property and taking care of our chickens. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. We are very excited to be in the Hill Country.

Why they chose this property

14 acres are quiet and so serene yet 9 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The pavilion adds extra outdoor gathering space.

What makes this property unique

We live on the property and have two additional houses that we share on VRBO. There are cozy indoor spaces and a fireplace in the pavilion as well as an outdoor fire pit. There is a trampoline as well as a swing. We have a crib, high chair and toys available for use.
