We have stayed in Fredericksburg twice/year for several years, and this is now our favorite property! Perfect location, totally quiet at night, clean, modern-- the master bed and bath are extra plush! Susan was always immediately responsive (had an issue with the TV which she solved). We enjoyed walking around the area and into town but also driving just a short way to other wineries and to Leroy's barbecue for the best carnitas tacos! We liked how easy it was to return to the home to rest between activities too. We are already booked for March. So happy to find this gem with such a great property manager!

A really fantastic place to make home base for the week! Close to everything but still quiet and restful. Plenty of room and the outside gathering space (including hot tub) were lovely. Was able to get some work done early in the week before my family came down too! Will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 25th Sisters’ Retreat in one of our favorite towns, Fredericksburg! Prost House was perfect for our stay, the rooms were spacious with ample closet space for sisters. We prepared our own hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday, the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location and proximity to Main Street, we were able to walk downtown for shopping in the day and only drove our car for dinner both nights. A great time was had!Sincerely,Audria Patrick

Dead roaches in several rooms upon our arrival.

When we arrived at the house there were several large dead roaches in several room. Then we saw live roaches and spiders. We would not stay at the proper again.

Awesome place to stay

Could NOT have had a better place to stay in Fredericksburg! House was beautiful and clean with plenty of room for us 5 girls. Yard was immaculate. Hot tub was awesome. Great communication from the host. I will ALWAYS stay here every time I visit Fredericksburg if I get the chance!

It was a great girls trip in a beautiful house in a great location. We could walk to coffee and downtown. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the house is even cuter in person! I’d definitely stay again.

Great getaway to West Texas. Comfortable home just a few blocks from downtown Fredericksburg. Well equipped and nicely appointed furnished. Would recommend this property.

Architecturally beautiful and decorated!

Loved the open floor plan and updated decor! Master bedroom bed was SO comfortable! Location is perfect! Only thing I’d recommend is some more hangers and mats in shower as it was slippery. Appreciate the Keurig cups. Outdoor patio was so comfortable too!! Would recommend and hope to return!!

I would definitely recommend staying here… You can walk to most things… And it’s got a cute mid-century vibe to it.The hot tub is a nice addition!

Friends/Sister-in-laws Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a fun and relaxing escape. Our host was helpful with recommendations of restaurants- enjoyed Vaudeville for lunch on Sunday - save room for dessert. A very short walk to Main Street. Shopping was enjoyable- unique items available at affordable prices. The beds and couch were comfortable. Can’t wait to return - I recommend this property!
