Seaside apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator, consisting of a living room equipped with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a shower room, separate toilets, a bedroom, and a large terrace. Air conditioning is available in the living room.
Parking is a 6-minute walk away (400 meters) and is 2.20 m wide, ideal for a small car.
Cagnes-sur-Mer offers a setting rich in contrasts: the hill and the medieval city with its castle overlooking the lower town, as well as its extension towards the sea with the fishermen's village. The town is close to the most beautiful hiking trails and cycle paths. It enjoys an ideal location between Nice and Cannes, near motorway access and an easily accessible hinterland.
Not to be missed: the medieval city and its castle, the Renoir Museum, the night events at the racecourse, Cros de Cagnes and its fishermen's village, the new shopping center, and many other surprises!
